"Is there a younger age limit for children?" Even though our donkeys are quite placid, they are very strong and under normal circumstances we have a minimum age of 4 years."Can we ride the donkeys?" Sorry, there are so many health and safety rules that it is not possible, however small children will get an opportunity to sit on their donkeys for a photo.
"What do I wear?" The secret is to be comfortable. Shoes that are ideal for walking or wellies are recommended, but no sandals.
"Can I bring my dog or dogs?" Donkeys don’t like dogs invading their space. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an independent handler, sometimes one of us will lead the dog if it lets us.
"What happens if it rains?" We can cope with light rain or drizzle. If the forecast is for heavy rain we will contact you, as it’s no fun if it’s bucketing down!
"What about accommodation?" There are many b&bs, guest houses and campsites in the area. Other options are camping in our field or staying in our comfortable shepherds hut, occasionally it is possible to drive your small camper van up into our field. Talk to us about these options.
